B.Sc Econ and M.Sc.Econ from London University (LSE). Postgraduate work in University of Wales, Aberystwyth. Career in academic research on devolved government and also in public affairs and communications consultancy. On return from London to Cardiff, became involved in campaign for an elected Welsh Parliament as Vice Chair of YES for WALES, resulting in successful Referendum 1997 and establishment of National Assembly for Wales. Moved to Pembrokeshire to care for elderly parents. Currently Cathedral Library Development Officer, St Davids Cathedral, only Cathedral Library in situ in Wales. Lay member of All-Wales health research groups, including Chair, Wales PRIME Research Centre, Service Users for Primary and Emergency Care Research Group.
