Event Date:28th April
Women’s Archive Wales is launching a series of Women’s Heritage Walks booklets on Wednesday 28th April at 2.00p.m, to draw attention to over 100 interesting and notable women or groups of women in 11 different towns around Wales.
Booklets have been prepared by members for Llandudno, Bangor, Wrexham, Aberystwyth, Carmarthen, Narberth, Swansea, Barry, Penarth, Pontypridd and Abergavenny and others are in the pipeline.
Join us for the launch to learn more about the ‘Bad girls of Swansea’ or the popular novelist Ethel Lina White of Abergavenny! You won’t need walking boots or warm clothing for these virtual walks so please join us to learn about some more remarkable women in Welsh history.
Please register through firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be sent a Zoom link nearer the date.
